Oops, I made a mistake can you fix my order?

You can cancel an order at any time before payment is made, after that it becomes more complicated. Once you have clicked on the "confirm" button, it is not possible to edit or cancel your order. Get in touch with us as soon as possible and we will do our best on a case-by-case basis, but generally if it has been more than 24 hours after you have placed the order it’s too late and there is nothing we can do.

Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed your order before finalizing your purchase.

I changed my mind, can I return it?

Unfortunately, you cannot return or receive a refund if you change your mind, except where the goods are faulty or not what you ordered.

An item I ordered is faulty, what do I do?

Faulty goods can only be returned if they are unworn, in their original condition and have all the original tags and packaging.

You must let us know within 7 days of receiving the items. Email us a photograph of the fault, a description of the fault and proof of purchase.

We will conduct an investigation and if the item is deemed faulty we will replace the item at our expense.

I got something… but it’s the wrong something, what do I do?

We do our best, but sometimes mistakes happen. Just send us a quick email and let us know what you received by mistake and we will handle it from there :)

Oh no! Something I ordered got damaged in the mail!

Don’t worry it’s going to be ok. We’ll ask for photo verification of the damaged goods, then we’ll send a replacement.
